Delivery and returns

Postage and packaging

Standard delivery costs a flat fee of £4.50 per order. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Your order will usually arrive within 5 working days but please allow up to 7 before getting in touch. If we are notified that your order will be delayed then we'll let you know.

Our refund policy can be viewed here.

Sometimes we reuse and recycle packaging materials which we already have. If your items arrive in a box that looks a little less than perfect then this is why! Usually any plastic packaging (such as bubblewrap) has also been reused as if we do have to purchase packaging we try and make sure it's recyclable. Most parcels are packaged with eco-flo which is compostable and biodegradable.

Delivery is free on orders worth £50 or more.
