Postage and packaging

Standard delivery costs a flat fee of £4 per order. Your order will be sent via 2nd class Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size and weight of the order. Your order will usually arrive within 5 working days but please allow up to 7 before getting in touch. If we are notified that your order will be delayed then we'll let you know.

For £5 you can pay for tracked delivery. This takes a similar amount of time to arrive but comes with a tracking link.

During times of Royal Mail delays (eg, strikes, pandemics) standard parcels may be upgraded (free of charge) to tracked delivery at our discretion.

Sometimes we reuse and recycle packaging materials which we already have. If your items arrive in a box that looks a little less than perfect then this is why! Usually any plastic packaging (such as bubblewrap) has also been reused as if we do have to purchase packaging we try and make sure it's recyclable. Most parcels are packaged with eco-flo which is compostable and biodegradable. 

Delivery is free on orders worth £50 or more. 

We currently only ship to the UK on orders placed through the website. However, if you are outside the UK and would like to place an order please feel free to get in touch as we may be able to send out orders of certain items, depending on the weight and value of goods plus any restrictions your country may have.
